✦ How Can You Use It?
🏡 Home Energy Ritual
Place 2–3 tablespoons of the ritual salt in a small bowl and keep it near your main entrance, living area or a space you wish to consciously refresh.
You can also place small bowls in the four corners of a room as part of your personal cleansing ritual.
Leave overnight and discard the salt afterwards.
🤲 Hand Cleansing Ritual
Take a small pinch in your palms.
Pause for a few breaths and set your intention:
“I release what is not mine to carry.”
Wash your hands afterwards.
🦶 Foot Soak Ritual
Add approximately 1–2 tablespoons to a basin of warm water.
Soak your feet for 10–15 minutes while taking a few quiet moments for yourself.
Rinse your feet afterwards and moisturize if needed.
🚿 Last Bath Ritual
After your regular bath, dissolve a small amount of the salt in water and gently pour it over your body from the shoulders downward.
Use this as a conscious closing ritual for the day.
Rinse with clean water afterwards if your skin feels dry or uncomfortable.
